RELEASE DATE:...........................................13-02-2022
VERSION:..............................................0.8.142-BETA
BUG FIXES
● The navmesh generation tool will no longer try to generate navmeshes for maps
that can't be identified by GW2CC. If the map is indeed a problem and a player
accesses it, GW2CC will report the error in a standard way so that its not
hidden from view and direct troubleshooting.
FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS
● Unchained addons can be configured to a certain extent in the UNCHAINED ADDONS
tab of the CONFIGURATION window. Players can scale the rotation time up or
down and trigger a weapon 1 skill filler to start running if the rotation will
stall for a preset amount of time.
ADHOC
● Implemented meta integration with the overhauled PluginManager.
RELEASE DATE:...........................................06-02-2022

● Tempest dagger skill "Earthen Rush" has been implemented.
● Fix a crash when Elementalists swap weapon sets out of combat.
● Fixed pets continuously casting skills when GW2A is set to only do targeting.

service to remain paused.

support it.
● Removed the sanity check for player configured cast distances against the

is needed where 0 is the equivalent of no targeting.
RELEASE DATE:...........................................01-02-2022
VERSION:..............................................0.8.121-BETA
BUG FIXES
● Fixed overlapping skill chain casts when weights are used to prioritize the
order of chain starters.
● In some cases, skills would be selected to be cast before the internal
skill bar is loaded resulting in a combat stall, the skill bar service has
been optimized to load and prepare skill bars before the combat service makes
decisions to cast them.
● Fixed an issue that prevented a number of skills from respecting user defined
cast times.
● Fixed skill chains from stalling if a skill is in a chain that isn't
accessible. Players need to be mindful of inserting skills that can't be cast
because they require a previous skill to be cast in order to activate them.
Inserting skills across weapon sets does not fall into this category as GW2A
will swap weapons to get access to cross weapon set skills.
FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS
● Given that configured skill cast time is key to fine tuning skills, the timing
value has been added to the end of skill names in all skill lists to provide
the player with better insights on what value is applied at a glance.
RELEASE DATE:...........................................28-01-2022
VERSION:..............................................0.8.118-BETA

few QoL features and improvements to the process of skill configuration.

RELEASE DATE:...........................................25-01-2022
VERSION:..............................................0.8.113-BETA
HIGHLIGHTS
This update enables support for external combat routines that leverage GW2A's
combat platform. Players can selectively add purpose specific addons as they
become available. These addons will automatically override GW2A's default combat
behaviours once the character requirements are met of pet, weapon set and
skills.
Unchained addons are purpose specific and therefore do not respect skill or
combat behaviour changing configuration. Making small changes to your character
will result in GW2A falling back to core combat behaviours as per normal.
FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS
● Added support for Unchained addons. Addon status can be seen in the
PREFERENCES window under the COMBAT BEHAVIOUR window in a collapsed section
called UNCHAINED ADDONS. Each addon will have an icon indicating addon status:
● A white struck icon indicates the addon is not loaded.
● A red chain link indicates the addon is disabled.
● An orange chain link indicates the addon is loaded, however, the current
character does not meet the requirements to run the addon.
● A green chain link indicates the addon is satisfied with the character and
will execute normally.

selection drop down.

make no sense to set.

VERSION:...............................................0.8.81-BETA
HIGHLIGHTS
Bell Choir was already built into GW2A, however, it needs an additional mention.
Players need to enter the Bell Choir instance, turn combat assist ON and pick
the part they want to play, let GW2A do the rest.
Players can configure skills to be cast in a sequence using the skill chain
configuration option in the GLOBAL SKILL CONFIGURATION window. Chains can only
be configured on skills that are currently equipped. Chains can be configured
as openers and will be cast once when entering combat. Multiple openers can be
defined. Skills in a chain cannot be weighted, however, providing a weight on
a skill in a chain will add it as a single skill. Chain starter skills can be
weighted to specify the order of preference.
FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS
● Bell Choir Ensemble is playable using GW2A. Players should enter a choir
part and toggle combat assist on.
● An option to allow skills to cast on the player has been introduced. Players
that previously relied on the Catalist combat behaviour to manage jade spheres
for them need to set this manually in the skill's configuration if preferred.
● Logging was improved to reduce repetitive spam. This includes all services
that contributed to writing repetitive log entries making the log file easier
to follow.
● Skill chains can now be defined in the GLOBAL SKILL CONFIGURATION with an
option to classify them as openers.
● Additional optimisations were added to the combat service as a result of the
skill chain feature being introduced.
● Saving skill profiles has been cleaned up and only skills with relevant
configured values will be written to these. It is recommended that players
load and save their existing profiles to take advantage of these smaller
files.
VERSION:...............................................0.8.61-BETA
FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS
● Thief weapon skill bar propagation has been reworked and now takes dual
wielding mechanics into consideration.

introduced.

while the player is channelling another skill which improves overall
performance for all professions when high performance is enabled.
● Added a skill configuration option to toggle skill instant cast behaviour.
VERSION:...............................................0.8.57-BETA

VERSION:...............................................0.8.51-BETA
FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS

that prevents the combat behaviour from using weighted skills to fill gaps.
This feature is useful if you are weighting skills to cast them to try and
combo those skills.
VERSION:...............................................0.8.50-BETA
HIGHLIGHTS
Players can configure weights for skills using the global skill configuration

● None.
Features & Improvements
● Characters will now cleave downed targets rather than cast at them as if they were alive.
● The status indicator has been extended to include memory statistics.
● The status indicator metric snapshot has been increased from 15 seconds to 10 minutes so that anomalies are more evident over long periods of time.
Known Issues
● Underwater combat remains disabled.
● The custom rotation editor remains unchanged and is still PREVIEW release quality.
● Due to an unavoidable limitation, the Mirage dodge mechanic is not supported.
● GW2A is now game mode aware, however, not all edge cases have been implemented. In these cases, some skills may become temporarily disabled to allow other skills that are castable to be used.
● Elementalist conjured weapon skills will be used until the conjured weapon expires, however, they are cast at a significantly slow rate because of their shared nature with other professions that can pick up these weapons. This will be made performant in a future update when all professions are able to use skills while wielding conjured elementalist weapons.
● Holosmiths will remain in photon forge until they overheat. This will be improved in a future update.
VERSION:...............................................0.7.77-BETA

VERSION:...............................................0.7.21-ALPHA
HotFixes
● Fixed an issue where all professions that had a shroud or transform profession mechanic would stall after using that mechanic.
● Fixed a condition that caused skills that have charges not consuming all those charges. Skills with charges will now be cast until all charges are consumed.
Bug Fixes
● Fixed a show stopper issue where some targets were not attack-able in Drizzlewood and Strike Missions and would cause GW2A to become idle. These targets are no longer intimidating to GW2A and will be annihilated.
● Assisted combat with Rangers and Mechanists sometimes got stuck because of a pet skill selection evaluation issue, this has been resolved.
● Fixed an issue with Harbingers bouncing in and out of shroud.
● Fixed an issue with hyperactive weapon swaps when the player deliberately has no equipment slotted to conform to a build requiring it.
● Fixed an issue with Firebrands getting stuck in Tome of Courage and resulting in idle combat assist behaviour.
Features & Improvements
● GW2A will attempt to keep the game focused so that if a player accidentally clicks on the status indicator, for instance, that game input won't stop being processed. Some players have reported that input is not processed by the game client in some cases and an option to disable this persisted game focus feature has been added to the preferences window to mitigate the reasoning that this mechanism is at fault. Players can turn this on or off using the preferences window and report the resulting effect if this is the case.
● An option to disable GW2A's internal safeguards has been added to the preferences window. It is highly recommended to keep this enabled, however, popular demand has brought about the implementation of this configuration option. Use at your own risk.
● An option to prioritise alive over dead targets has been added to the preferences window.
● A teleport to commander feature was added in this release, players need to set up a keybind that when pressed, presents a menu of available tags to teleport to on the map.
